This section of the web-site provides the opportunity to view the By-Laws and Covenants at your convenience. They will be posted 24/7… 365 days a year. You could not ask for anymore transparency! When a home is purchased, the realtor should provide a copy of the By-Laws and Covenants for the addition where the home is located. That should happen at the closing. If for any reason it does not happen… here's the back up system!
You should be aware the By-Laws and Covenants are to be taken seriously. The association is obligated to enforce the By-Laws and Covenants.
