Prairie Views Heights is a master planned development by Schell Enterprises, Inc., located in southwest Greene County, Missouri with a portion extending into the City of Battlefield, Missouri.
Presently the subdivision consists of over 430 homes and when completed is projected to reach over 450 homes. The development phase of the twelfth and final addition was completed in May of 2008. Prairie View Heights is one of Springfield's largest sub-divisions with covenants control of construction/homeowner use to assure property values and the neighborhood's natural beauty.
The homeowners enjoy the attractive neighborhood with its miles of sidewalks made for safe walking, a large heated swimming pool and the 2000 square feet clubhouse with full kitchen, stereo and private party room.
We are located near one of Springfield's fastest growing areas, but still off the beaten path far enough to give the homeowners a quiet neighborhood feel.
The neighborhood children attend McBride Elementary, the new Wilson's Creek fifth and sixth grades, Cherokee Middle School and Kickapoo High School.

HOA dues of $440 a year also include trash and recycle.
